ESS is committed to providing the highest quality of client care and safety in our services and practices. Part of our ongoing work to maintain these standards and quality improvements, is by engaging clients and caregivers through annual surveys. These surveys allow us to better understand their experience receiving care and support through our programs and services.
This annual review was disrupted by the pandemic in 2020. Earlier this year we began re-introducing them using a staged approach, starting with clients using our Assisted Living services. This will be followed by surveying our clients in Transportation Services, Adult Day Services, Health and Wellness Programs (Seniors Lunch Program, Social Recreation, and Exercise Programs).

We would like to thank all the clients who completed our survey. Your feedback is important to us and helps us shape our decisions and make improvements where needed.
We would also like to thank the PSW’s in our Assisted Living staff team for the caring and compassionate work they do. They’ve selflessly supported our community’s most vulnerable through an extraordinary challenging year.
