Student Placements
ESS welcomes students interested in completing placements. Our Adult Day Services program provides supervision and support for frail and or cognitively impaired adults. Those who join us gain first-hand experience in delivering the social, recreational and physical activities, meals and personal care so important in helping clients achieve and maintain their maximum level of functioning. A placement at ESS gives students a critical opportunity to apply theories learned in the classroom in a supportive environment alongside highly skilled and experienced professionals.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions.
Position : Senior Program Coordinator – Adult Day Services
Leads the Adult Day Services (ADS) site team in developing and delivering individualized, client-centered activities and support services for clients who attend the in-person Adult Day Services. Performs administrative duties, directs client care, and works collaboratively with the ADS Manager in the overall program operations.
Position : Program Coordinator – Adult Day Services
Participates in the development and delivery of individualized, Gentle care-based activities and support services for clients who attend Adult Day Services. Provides direct client care and supports the Senior Coordinator in the overall program operations. Supports a culture of client safety as part of ESS's key strategic goals and priorities.
Position : Director, Quality, Communications & Community Outreach
an integral part of the senior management team at ESS Support Services. Oversees the overall development, implementation, and monitoring of the quality improvement plans and initiatives at ESS, monitors quality indicators and other quality initiatives/action plans, and reports in collaboration with various department teams.
