Service Description
COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE
We are operating at a reduced capacity. Transportation services are currently provided for trips to medical appointments, social activities and shopping (one person or household per trip) and limited groups rides to ESS Programs. We are using enhanced infection control practices to keep you, our drivers and community safe.
We also have a grocery delivery service available where we order, pick up and deliver groceries to community members at greater risk of illness from COVID-19 (older adults and people who have serious underlying medical conditions).
Transportation is provided by ESS staff using agency vehicles and volunteers using their own vehicles. ESS also works in partnership with other not-for-profit agencies to help meet as many ride requests as possible. ESS Support Services is a member of both Toronto Ride and iRIDE community transportation programs.
