Service Description

COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE

Our group trips are suspended until further notice. We are currently providing one-on-one transportation services for essential purposes such as medical and vaccination appointments and grocery shopping.

We also have a grocery delivery service available where we order, pick up and deliver groceries to community members at greater risk of illness from COVID-19 (older adults and people who have serious underlying medical conditions).

View our flyer for current service offerings.

We are using enhanced infection control practices to keep you, our drivers and community safe.

Transportation is provided by ESS staff using agency vehicles and volunteers using their own vehicles. ESS also works in partnership with other not-for-profit agencies to help meet as many ride requests as possible. ESS Support Services is a member of both Toronto Ride and iRIDE community transportation programs.
