Service Description

Staying Fit and Reaching Out Daystrom Seniors Club is aimed at improving the physical health and social well-being of older adults living in the Daystrom/Humbermede community. Program activities include light exercise, cultural and holiday celebrations, active games, wellness presentations and walking groups.

This program is currently offered in a hybrid format, both in person and online via Zoom sessions.

Health and Safety

Clients and their caregivers are expected to passively screen themselves prior to receiving services or attending programs and to immediately report the presence of symptoms or risks.

While we promote a “mask-friendly” environment, the use of masks is strongly encouraged during the provision of care and while in program spaces and vehicles if tolerated.

Eligibility

Must be an adult aged 55+ living in the Daystrom/Humbermede community.

No cost to attend.
