Service Description

Due to the heightened risk of exposure of the virus in group settings, our Caregiver Support Group in-person meet-ups are currently suspended until further notice. Caregivers are welcome to join our telephone or virtual programs while we are closed due to COVID-19. Please call 416-243-0127 for more information.

If you are facing an urgent challenge, please call 416-243-0127 and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. Please refer to this page for further agency updates and COVID-19 resources.  We encourage you to sign up for our eNews system to receive our updates directly.

If you are experiencing symptoms of the virus, self-isolate and visit a health care professional or call your local public health authority (Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000).

Being a caregiver can be both rewarding and overwhelming. We understand that at times it can be emotionally and physically stressful, and that you may be in need of extra support to help you cope with being a caregiver.

Our Caregiver Support Group provides a compassionate and supportive network to share experiences and learn useful tips about care giving for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory disorder.

In addition to our support group, we offer services that allow you to take a needed rest, and give you time to complete daily activities, while knowing that your loved one is in a safe and respectful environment receiving attentive and professional care.

Additional services include:

  • Adult Day Program
  • In-Home Respite Program
  • Overnight Respite Program

Please call our administrative office at 416-243-0127 ext 503 for further information.
