Winter Wellness Program Series: Virtual Programs for Older Adults in Toronto

Chase away the winter blues with our new winter wellness series. We have three new virtual programs for older adults in Toronto to help support your wellness and teach you everyday tools for self-care.

These programs are free and open to adults ages 55+. Registration is required.

Explore simple ways to enjoy nature from home and nurture your well-being. Try your hand at forest bathing, mindful birdwatching, nature journaling and more! Learn more.

A gentle seniors focused yoga practice and commit to a present and healthy new year! Suitable for beginners and all levels. Learn more.

Learn everyday tools like mindful meditation, movement and breath work to support your self-care and increase your capacity for greater daily calm. Learn more.
