Explore simple ways to enjoy nature from home and nurture your well-being.
Learn the health benefits of going outside (even when it’s cold). Try your hand at forest bathing, mindful birdwatching, nature journaling and more!
This will be an interactive program where you can share your experiences with the group. No experience is required and people of all physical abilities are welcome to take part. You won’t need to visit any particular outdoor setting or purchase any supplies, but you’ll reap all the benefits.
This is a free 6-week virtual program that is open to older adults ages 55+. Participate via zoom or the telephone. The program will take place on Thursdays from January 12 to February 16 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

From May 12th to 16th (anticipated), the main entrance will be closed due to work related to the accessibility project (installing ramps and other related work). The front door entrance and the surrounding area will be inaccessible. Expect a few parking spaces closest to this work area to be inaccessible.
