Are you an older adult or senior who wants to get active and meet new people? Do you live in the Daystrom-Humbermede neighbourhood? If yes, we welcome you to join our new wellness program developed especially for your community.
We are very excited to have launched a wellness program aimed to improve the fitness and social well-being of older adults living in the Daystrom community and Humbermede neighbourhood. Our wellness program will include no cost activities such as exercise classes, cultural and holiday celebrations, active games, wellness presentations and walking groups.
Programming space is supported by a partnership with Woodview Park Toronto Public Library, as well as Humber Summit Middle School and Finch Main Gardens apartments. ESS gratefully acknowledges funding support from the City of Toronto.
We look forward to sharing more information about this program in the future.
