Join Hong, ESS Certified Seniors Fitness Instructor, for this faster paced seniors’ fitness class on Zoom. Class is conducted in the Mandarin language.
The class combines standing light cardio, strength and balance exercises to improve overall mobility, endurance and balance. Resistance bands, balls and weights are sometimes used.
This class takes places weekly on Tuesdays from 10am to 11am and Thursdays from 9:45am to 10:45am EST.

Virtual exercise class for seniors offering low impacted and seated movements to improve balance, mobility and endurance.
From May 12th to 16th (anticipated), the main entrance will be closed due to work related to the accessibility project (installing ramps and other related work). The front door entrance and the surrounding area will be inaccessible. Expect a few parking spaces closest to this work area to be inaccessible.
