Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, the Director, Community Programs & Development provides strategic leadership for community programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that align with ESS’s mission and goals. The role also supports organizational growth through partnerships, grant writing, and funding development.
