Mindfulness & Meditation for Adults

FREE 8-week virtual mindfulness & meditation program to help adults build skills for self-care, to cope with stress, increase their capacity for greater daily calm, and connect with peers in their community.

Each interactive 45 minute session will give you the opportunity to learn and practice your new skills and connect with others participating in the program.  The program will take place on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays at 11:30am from April 5 to May 24, 2022.

We are hosting a virtual information session about the program on March 17th at 11:30 AM.  Register to meet the program facilitator and ask questions about the program.
