The City of Toronto observes Fire Safety Awareness month every June. The focus of this presentation will be on discussing fire prevention, detection and escape. Topics will include safe cooking behaviours, safe use of smokers’ articles, proper maintenance for both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, escape planning, candles and electrical safety and more. Presented by Toronto Fire.
Presentation takes place June 7th at 10am. To register for free, please contact Kimberly, ESS Health & Safety Team Lead at kthompson@esssupportservices.ca or (416) 243-0127 ext. 239.
From May 12th to 16th (anticipated), the main entrance will be closed due to work related to the accessibility project (installing ramps and other related work). The front door entrance and the surrounding area will be inaccessible. Expect a few parking spaces closest to this work area to be inaccessible. Thank you for being so patient as we improve the accessibility of our building.
During this time, access to the building will be available through the side door of the Rosemount building.
