In observation of Remembrance Day, this week we have several activities planned in our programs. These include poppy arts and crafts, historical discussions about Remembrance Day and sharing stories and mementos from individuals with veterans in their families.

The below pictures were all taken from one of our Adult Day Programs.  Sarah, Manager of Adult Day Programs, holds a ‘greatcoat’ which belonged to her late father while he was in the Navy during the World War.  Sarah told stories and shared old photographs of her father from when he served in the Navy.
