Our H.E.A.R.T.S. Caregiver Program provides professional supports and educational tools for older adults (ages 55+) caring for adults who are living with developmental disabilities.
The focus of this program is to provide access to resources, education and wellness workshops, practical tools and developmental community services and supports for both the caregiver(s) and their loved one. These supports will help you cope with the now and prepare you for the future.
