Seniors Seated Yoga and Guided Meditation Class – Virtual Class
This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work and guided meditation and relaxation to support increased mindfulness and to reduce stress. Takes place over the telephone. This class is led by Cynthia, ESS Certified Seniors Fitness Instructor, who describes the movements over the telephone. Takes place weekly on Fridays from 2:30pm to 3:30pm
