ESS welcomes clients, volunteers, community members and sector professionals to join us for a one-of-a-kind live theatre performance by Act Studio Works.
“I’m Still Here” is a research-based drama that “challenges perceptions about dementia and helps us understand the complexities of day-to-day living for persons, families, friends and health professionals touched by dementia.” Based on five studies conducted by Dr. Gail Mitchell of York University and Dr. Christine Jonas-Simpson of Sunnybrook Nursing Research, this performance is a must see.
We hope you are able join us for the play and stay for a thoughtful discussion on senior services and caregiving in Etobicoke immediately following the performance.
All are welcome.
