Join us for the third workshop of our H.E.A.R.T.S Caregiver Program Educational Guest Speaker Series.
On November 16th, Domenic Pisante, with Family Service Toronto will be facilitating a free virtual workshop on their Passport program. This program helps adults with a developmental disability to participate in their communities, and helps caregivers take a break from their caregiving responsibilities.
